What is Girlie Green all about?

Inspired by a way to create fun clothing for kids with little impact to the environment, Girlie Green is a clothing line created completely from repurposed clothing and fabrics. Mix together multiple seam rippers, scissors, a sewing machine, a pile of used clothing and fabrics...add some insight, vision, sweat and love...and you end with an original, one-of-a-kind creation that puts the fun back into children's clothing.

Here 'Tis

Hard to believe that it has been over a year since Karla started talking to me about sewing little girl's dresses.

Hard to believe that many months, dresses and conversations later, this idea has come to fruition...

I am starting a clothing line.
